Neurological Rehabilitation

Working as a physiotherapist for over two decades in various settings, including rehabilitation centers, acute and rehab hospitals as well as long term facilities and homes for seniors we gained extensive experience treating neurological conditions post Stroke, Head Injuries, Spinal cord disorders, Cerebral Palsy, age-related and balance disorders and amputees.

Mira Miskovic PT, Cert.MDT, MCPA completed her NDT – Neuro -Developmental Treatment of Adults Hemiplegia (Bobath) training in July 1995 in the Toronto Rehabilitation Institute. She is currently studying Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization (DNS) thought by the ‘Prague School’ which emphasizes neurodevelopmental aspects of motor control in order to assess and restore dysfunction of the musculoskeletal and other associated systems and syndromes.
